Relevance: The most discussed topic at the Eastern Economic Forums is the organization of the Free Port of Vladivostok and the strategy for the development of fisheries in the Far East. The lack of the capacity of its own coastal processing and the lack of deep processing are a serious problem for the fishing industry today. Realization of investment projects of residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok will determine the vector of development of the fishing industry. The establishment of a trade and logistics center with modern fish refrigerators, the organization of fish processing enterprises (the flagship factory for the production of pollock fillets, the enterprise for the production of frozen fish semi-finished products, the fish processing complex for small enterprises, the innovation park) can become a breakthrough moment in the development of the fish industry.

The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for the development of the fishery industry through the implementation of investment projects under the Free Vladivostok regime regime.

The authors have studied the main investment projects of the residents of the Free Port, which will increase the production capacity of fishing industry structures and attract additional investment resources.

In the framework of this study, the authors used such methods of scientific research as the study and analysis of scientific, educational publications and articles, the analytical method. Scope of application of the results. The results of the research can be used in financial activities of fishing industry structures, as well as in teaching practice in higher education institutions.
